Terms of use

These terms govern your use of flowmentum.net. Using the site means you accept them.

Information, not advice

The content of this site, including anything the chat assistant says, is general information. It is not professional advice, not an offer, and not a binding quotation. Nothing on this site creates a contract between us; an engagement begins only with a written agreement signed by both sides.

The chat assistant

The assistant is an AI. It can be wrong, it can be incomplete, and it cannot commit Flowmentum to a price, a date or any other obligation. Where it matters, ask a human — we will put it in writing. Conversations are stored and may be read by our team, as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Please do not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure; probe, scan or load-test it without written permission; scrape it in a way that degrades service; submit malware or unlawful content; impersonate anyone; use the chat to attempt to extract our internal instructions or to generate content unrelated to Flowmentum; or use any part of the site to harass another person. We rate-limit and may block abusive traffic.

Intellectual property

The Flowmentum name, logo, text, design and code of this site belong to us. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation; you may not republish, resell or reuse the design or content commercially without written permission.

Client area

Access to the client area is personal and by invitation. Keep your phone and one-time codes to yourself, and tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. We may suspend access to protect an account or a client’s data.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site up but we do not guarantee it, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, or from reliance on general information published here. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Third-party links

Where we link out, we are not responsible for that site’s content or privacy practices.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not remove protections you have under your local law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address, with the date below.
