    Short iterations, each ending in something you can click. You have access to the repository from day one and see progress continuously.

    Monitoring, maintenance and iteration — or a clean handover to your own team, documented. Your choice, not ours.

Flowmentum is a boutique digital consultancy for founders, small businesses and operations teams that need real engineering rather than another subscription.

We stay deliberately small and senior. That means we say no to work we are not right for, and it means the person who understands your problem is the person who solves it.

We work remotely with clients across Israel and Europe, in Hebrew and English, and we are comfortable joining an existing in-house team rather than replacing it.

How do you price work?

Small, well-defined pieces of work are a fixed price per milestone, agreed before the milestone starts. Ongoing work is a monthly retainer. The discovery call is free, and the written scope that comes out of it is yours whether or not you continue.

How quickly can you start?

It depends on current commitments — ask in the chat or by email and you will get a straight answer rather than an optimistic one.

Who owns the code?

You do. Repositories and cloud accounts are created in your name or transferred to you, and everything is documented so another team could pick it up.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, gladly — before the first technical conversation if you prefer.

Can you work with our existing developers?

Yes. A large share of our work is alongside an in-house team: reviewing, unblocking, or taking one component end to end.

Where is our data stored?

For work we host, in the EU by default, and elsewhere only if you ask. For this website specifically, see the privacy policy — the short version is that it stores as little as possible.
