Accessibility statement

Flowmentum believes a website that some people cannot use is a broken website. This site was built to be accessible from the first line of markup, not retrofitted.

Standard we aim at

This site is built to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA, which is the standard adopted by Israeli Standard 5568 and by the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility) Regulations 5773-2013, and it is also the reference standard of EN 301 549 in the EU.

What that means here

  • Every page works with the keyboard alone, in a logical order, with a visible focus outline and a “skip to content” link.
  • Semantic HTML with real landmarks and headings, so a screen reader can navigate by structure.
  • Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 (and 3:1 for large text and interface borders), verified rather than assumed.
  • The page reflows to a single column and stays usable at 320 px and at 400% zoom, with no horizontal scrolling.
  • Images carry meaningful alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Forms have real labels, errors are announced in text (not only by colour), and nothing depends on colour alone.
  • Animation is minimal and honours the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting.
  • The chat can be operated entirely by keyboard, new messages are announced politely to screen readers, and it never traps focus.
  • An accessibility panel (the button at the side of every page) enlarges text, raises contrast, underlines links, switches to a more readable font and stops animation. Your choice is remembered in your own browser.
  • The site is fully bilingual with correct language and direction attributes, so Hebrew is read as Hebrew and right-to-left.

Known limitations

Answers written by the AI assistant are generated text: we constrain its formatting, but we cannot promise the wording will always be as clear as hand-written copy. If any part of this site is a barrier for you, the email and phone below reach a human who will give you the same information another way.
